The Labor Council & Labor Institute were honored to attend two great events hosted at San Bernardino Valley College in partnership with the San Bernardino County Superintendent of Schools & other great partners — the Automotive Pre-Apprenticeship Student Competition (sponsored by the Labor Institute!) and the Second Annual Welding Wars. This is part of our critical work with the Just San Bernardino collaborative of ensuring there are good career pathways in San Bernardino.

Union members judged welds & spoke to students about career pathways in welding + the HUGE benefits of working union!
