The Academy is the first step in our Endorsement Process. Candidates seeking the endorsement of the Inland Empire Labor Council must attend the Candidate Academy to Qualify for the IELC COPE Endorsement Interview Process. All candidates must attend one full (9am-2pm) academy session.
