Currently, there is an atmosphere of intense fear around immigration status because of the extreme physical and economic violence that immigration agents use against undocumented people. This fear is intentionally spread to scare our undocumented community members from exercising their rights. But when you know your rights, you can enforce them!

Below, you’ll find a series of resources (in English and Spanish) created by NDLON (The National Day Laborer Organizing Network), to inform community members of their rights when it comes to immigration. You will also find a general list of resources below.

Hoy en día, existe una atmósfera de gran temor en todo lo relacionado con la inmigración debido a la extrema violencia física y económica que los agentes de inmigración ejercen contra las personas indocumentadas. Este miedo se difunde intencionadamente para asustar a los miembros de nuestra comunidad indocumentada para que no ejerzan sus derechos. Pero cuando conoces tus derechos, ¡puedes hacerlos cumplir!
